Multi-storey car park technology
INTEGRA is a patented product developed by projekt w. It complements the product family of fall-guards with integrated crash protection for cars.
INTEGRA combines safety barriers and crash protection for cars whereby common devices like crash barriers etc. become redundant. Through the intake of arbor pressure, an additional handrail is not necessary anymore. This is an important economical and technical advantage compared to most of the other products available on the market.
INTEGRA fulfills the statutory requirements of the LBO as well as all the common European standards for car crash barriers.
We have managed to extend the range to a maximum of 5.500mm which allows a compatibility with systems of all multi-storey car park producers in Europe. In case of a crash, INTEGRA guarantees an absorption of appearing charges into the on site subconstruction.
By our innovative production technology, torsion tilting (twisting) is minimized. The industrial production ensures short delivery times.
Moreover, it allows abandoning further adjustments at the construction site and it ensures consistent corrosion prevention. The elements of the basic option always include galvanizing according to DIN EN ISO 1461. Depending on the wishes and requirements of our customers, the elements are produced by us in the specific width. A coating with synthetic powder allows various design options.
The fitting takes place by only four screw connections, which allows saving time and costs.

Adjustments
System adjustments for screw installation ensure a load deduction towards the on site steel construction. With objects built as a ferroconcrete construction, on site absorptions for the element completions have to be installed. The adjustments allow a compensation option within the common on site tolerances.
